Many of the solar energy products like Solar Panels we ship are fragile in nature. Thus, for delivering those products to you safely and unharmed, we have partnered with UPS and FedEx for multilayered packaging. Our Courier partners are known for their worldwide fast and safe deliveries. We assure you that our delivery partners and products will meet your shipping and service expectations. 

SolarMyPlace Checklist for Smooth Shipping

At present, we ship across all 50 states in the U.S.A. Our usual lead times are shown below:

 

Flat Rate Freight Shipping: Many products, including most solar panels, have flat rate shipping based on the weight of the bundle. That is $199 will be flat shipping rate. This flat rate shipping applies to any domestic U.S. location in the contiguous 48 states. Additional shipping charges may apply for Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, or South America.

Variable Rate Shipping: Upon checkout, our system will calculate estimated shipping charges for your zip code and quantity or volumetric weight. 

Help us deliver premium-quality products on time by taking note of the following:

1. For quicker delivery, always mention your street address completely to avoid confusion. 
2. Providing the exact address with landmark helps us with making quick delivery.
3. The maximum delivery time limit is 8-9 business days. After you take all the right steps and we have received the payment from your service provider, you will receive the product(s) within the specified time.
4. Make sure to mention your contact number. 
5. Before signing the delivery receipt, check the product for any damage and make sure it stands up to your expectations. In case the customer forgets to do so, they would be liable for any mishappening after delivery.
6. Upon receiving the product(s), open the carton(s) immediately. If the product(s) has any concealed damage, retain the carton(s) and contact us As Soon As Possible with proper images.
   

The Products have been classified as Fragile and General According to the nature of product. Therefore, Shipping Rate may be applicable as per the table given below.

Note: If the product is damaged in transit, delivery partners will be liable. To let us know about any incident, call 502-353-3222 to talk with a representative and request an inspection. You can also ask the representative to initiate a freight claim. Inside-delivery options are not provided by our carriers.
